Returns

You can return any item within 15 days from the delivery date — whether it’s the wrong size, a color you don’t like, or simply not what you expected.

How to return
You can complete your return independently using our Fast Returns Portal. Insert your order number and your email to start. Please complete the different steps, by clicking on the icons and selecting the products you want to return.

Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in full
Shoes must not show any signs of cleat installation
All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included
We do not accept returns for gift cards or customized items (unless faulty)

Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 15 days to your original payment method.
